The ultimate weight loss guide

Lose Weight While You Sleep

How can you lose weight while you sleep?

The first trick is to stop eating carbohydrates after 5pm.  Carbs release glucose which is converted into fat and stored by your body if you don’t use it.  If you eat glucose producing foods in the evening, chances are you will not use up all the energy produced and therefore it will convert to fat whilst you sleep.

Don’t exclude carbs or any other whole food group from your diet as you will deprive your system of essential nutrients.   Stock up at breakfast time as then you have the whole day to use up the energy produced.

Don’t be tempted to use a pill that says it will help you lose weight whilst you sleep.  As a rule, weight loss pills are not effective over the long term and some can cause damage to your health.  Stop trying to find quick easy ways to losing weight and you will be much more successful in getting rid of the pounds.

Another trick is to eat a number of small meals during the day rather than three large ones. This will help to regulate your blood sugar levels and prevent snacking. You cannot eat and lose weight while you sleep but if your metabolism has increased due to consuming food more often, you will burn more calories.

Getting a good nights sleep is also important as it gives our bodies a chance to regenerate and rest.  This will help to increase your energy levels and you can tackle those exercises we all need to do more of in order to keep excess pounds at bay!

A healthy diet combined with regular exercise is the only long term effective way to lose weight while you sleep and whilst you are awake.
